The fix width is too wide and the splash image too large. On shorter resolutions, the "enter" link is out of frame or severely cropped. You want the users to spend as little time as possible on the splash so make it load quick and get to the next page even quicker.
put a little faux video play button image overlay on your thumbs to boost hits, and split test to see whether sending them straight-to-join does any better.

any chance you can change that header image on the main? That mark on her toe is a turn off. Subjectively, I think there are better looking feet in your collection.
The area underneath the site title is way too large. the whole, "hdv 1080p" area takes up over 125px of space. That's 16-20% of space on a tablet's resolution, wasted with emptiness. You can move the header image up to immediately below the title, move the menu options beneath the image, and overlay the image with the taglines such as "exclusive video" and "hdv 1080p". Then anchor the image straight to your join page.
and my ccbill clickthroughs were 1:350 or so, with 1800 clickthroughs on 3000 total traffic per day, over the last few days. That is abnormally high. 1:750 was average.
