The thing is that the part about "no extra charges" is scarily accurate. If it were real, it's obviously targeting non-Viets, but Asians care about that shit. If you've ever done business (real business, not buying plastic robots on ebay) with Asians there are little extra charges for almost everything, and it pisses me the fuck off. Doing business without extra charges is virtually unthinkable. Yes sir, there will be a 23 yen charge (plus tax) for use of the toilet paper.
Pakis want absolutely everything for 20% of the price, East Asians never ever budge on price then add all kinds of stupid extra fees to squeeze out a few more pennies. That's why Pakis and East Asians don't get along well in business.
