Apples and oranges my arse! You try using a trademark name registered to Far-L or people who take their brands seriously and see if they are any different to Nike.

Insinuating? I'm not insinuating anything. It's a FACT that they have co-branded two domains that are well known in the adult dating segment. Where's the insinuation there?

Think about this for a second. They have these two domains using their platform that they advertise as a client on their site, someone (me) asks about them, they remove these two domains from their "clients" page and refer me to their terms of service that categorically states:
"9.9. Partner web-site including the domain name or sub-domain must not infringe on any trademarks. Offending sites will be deleted from the system without any notice."

I understand that there is a "process", what doesn't make sense to me is why you think the it is ethical to wait for the brand owner to get in touch with you when someone has made you aware that there might be a problem.

Why take the sites off their "client" page? They obviously feel it COULD be a potential problem or they would have left them there. At least that's what it looks like to me.
This is why it's pointless to address people's "concerns" on industry boards. It ends up being more about putting on a show and winning, and less about any meaningful discussion.
