Question.
If there is only 2 lanes for traffic (going in one direction), why do bikers think the rule doesn't apply to them? Serious question not trolling here.
When stuck in traffic here, i see bikers going up the inside between two cars all the time. Personally, it doesn't bother me, and i wouldn't ever try and block them, but if someone does, aren't they in the right, since they are in lane, and the bike is technially sharing the same lane ??
