The guy then turned around and went after her. It's then when she 'ran him over'. Given that she's a woman (as in "no match for her assailant") and the guy had already proven that 1. he's a jerk and 2. he was willing to use violence even without cause, one could argue that she used her vehicle in self defense.

1) kicking a car is super trivial...its completely and utterly not in the same league as attempted murder...a kick to a metal object is ridiculous...
2) she was not acting out of self defense she was acting out of pure bitch rage...him kicking her car was certainly NOT unprovoked...car drivers like to intentionally block off motorbikes I know because I ride them...man if you are asshole enough to block me in traffic for no reason other than trolling then be prepared for the consequences ...
3) what he did after she tried to kill him was justified in every way...he could have beat the living shit out of the crazy bitch but he took her keys and waited for the police to report an attempted homicide...he showed waaaaay more restraint that I would have bitch or no bitch in the car...
