We have all been in business more than 10 years, have full staff with competitive pay and benefits, built mature networks, manage over a thousand servers and host more than tens of thousands of web sites.

There is a reason we three could count on a few hands the number of clients we have traded over the years and its stellar customer experience. All hosts make mistakes from time to time, that is the nature of having people and not just servers and routers doing the work.
