That's an interesting question. I've turned down more than one opportunity because I don't do business with people lacing in ethics. (At least not knowingly.) On the other hand, if they decided to do some vertical integration, which would be the next logical step for them, it would be hard to turn down an offer that would let me semi-retire at 36 years old.
I suspect for the right price I'd have two conditions that would cleanly separate me from them. I walk away clean, rather than say becoming a Manwin employee for a year of transition, and they clearly brand it so webmasters know they are buying from Manwin, not from me. Then webmasters could decide if they wanted to buy Manwin Strongbox or Manwin Throttlebox
