If it's a free trial it's likely very limited (only can see a couple movies or whatever) and has one click charges once the member clicks around. Likely pre-checked charges or other things as well to monetize the member.
Unless you're talking about a tube 'Premium' free upsell? Many of those are white labels to big DVD programs.
