I own more tools than most, so I'll tell you how to work harbor freight. Buy it right when you are ready to use it, run the shit out of it and get the job done. Keep the box and receipt and manual. If it fails in the first 30 to 60 days depending on the tool, they will replace it.
I won't use cheap handtools, they will bust your knuckles and mine have been busted enough. Air tools are a pretty good bargain, just use extra air tool oil. Things like floor jacks, get the 5 ton, not the little on. Power tools, if it's for a couple jobs, sure, if it's your business, NO. As a business, clients look at your tools and if you roll up with harbor freight, it won't look good

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
