in shanghai those kind of bars are for foreigners or rich locals. Plus the prices are ten fold comparing what you pay at small food places for a beer... i was kinda dissapointed that there weren't any 'normal' bars like we are used to in our countries, where people from all layers are at. It's such a huge gap there.
