When I take adderall I am so much more focused and get a lot more work done. I am able to multi-task, and not lose track of projects, conversations, etc. Initially I noticed an energy burst, but my Dr. says it was probably in my head as I expected to have more energy when taking it. After a week or so, those faded and I became more productive.

I still forget to take it (I dont' like pills) and have to set a reminder for myself. I never take it on weekends or days that I plan to be on the phone a lot. I can carry a conversation on WAY too long, and I already talk enough as it is. lol.

I do notice I am not as hungry when I take it, so I have to set reminders for myself to eat lunch, etc or I will go all day without eating or drinking water. I've learned to NEVER take adderall before a workout as it increases my heart rate. I thought I was going to die 15 minutes into cardio (elliptical) warm-up. My heart was beating out of my chest on what shouldn't have caused me much stress.

Overall I feel I was correctly diagnosed and treated with Adderall. It's a learning process to really learn how your body reacts to it.
I see that today was your dose day
