By implementing measures to vet all external Credit Cards added to the system to fund Paxum accounts, we help to minimize your risk of fraud.
We do not tolerate fraudulent activity through our system. This fact is non-negotiable.
We do not have a specific 'buyers protection policy' in place like Paypal does, however if you make a purchase and pay with Paxum and you do not receive the goods you purchased, you are ALWAYS welcome to file a complaint/claim with us and ask us to investigate the matter. We generally suggest that you try to seek resolution first with the other party, but if that does not yield positive results then we can investigate the matter on your behalf.
At that time we would request all documentation/evidence in order to fully appraise your claim. We would also connect with the other involved party to determine both sides of the situation. After an investigation we would take whatever steps were necessary to resolve the situation.
We make every effort to provide our clients with a valuable, secure service that saves them both time and money in the long run.
