In a state that 'Teaches to the Test', I can see why so many children are becoming disenchanted and dropping out of school. This week's newspaper had an article of how less than 20% of eighth-graders in Texas are graduating college with an undergraduate degree. 80+% DON'T MAKE IT THROUGH COLLEGE!!!
