I was going to post that as well, it's a great OS and in some ways better. It's Apple and Oranges as far as how it works. I just like the better support from the community and more progressive updates. Most people that use Freebsd have for a long time, I just don't think now it has the support in comparison. MOBO, hardrives, raid, ram, Linux seems more progressive with updates and third party compatibility.

At the least it's debatable either way.
