Charly, you can deal with the 'head office' if you'd prefer. You are entitled to your negative opinions, that's certainly your right. You sent me emails saying all kinds of things, some of which were valid and some of which had no basis upon inspection. They were emails from clients, i think you should look at the way you present your service, because this is the opinion that THEY have of the service. It's not my "nagative opinions" it's theres that's the the problem. I think this thread is showing you what we think your service is offering. This is good, it shows you just need to make itt clearer.
