When I went to HongKong I got to taste this curious thing called pork floss. It's supposedly like pulled pork, only it's been dried and then baked and then mashed and beaten until it's reduced to a soft threads similar to cotton candy. It's mostly topped traditionally in congee. But now it's frequently topped on sweet rolls. Pork floss is delicate and savory. Now, it appears Dunkin' Donuts is getting in on this savory.
Anyway, Dunkin' Donuts signed NBA player LeBron James to help promote the doughy brand in Asia.
