I love it how affiliates try to push providers around. Why don't you just demand recurring payouts while you're at it?
You are completely ignoring his costs. He has to pay for content, hosting, support and transaction fees. You don't know his costs so who are you to ask him to drop 20 points off of his gross?
He is right to stay at 30%. If he raises his payout to 50% he will make less money, attract affiliates fraudster affiliates, jeopardize his relationship with his biller, etc. The quality of his product will suffer and eventually close up.
