As for the FBI, it's an old story. The poker game had the sheriff's son as the doorman/security while he was in uniform.
I live in such a fun county. Once we had 3 sheriffs in one day. Seemed they had to resign over a missing $50,000 bail bond they stole.
The sheriff above got caught voting in county after he retired to the Ozarks. One of his other sons is doing life for killing a federal witness against him. And he's prime suspect for a 20 year old murder of the county D.A.
Much happier going to bed at night knowing the law won't be giving me warrant service at 2 a.m.
