It doesn't have much traffic, thus the Alexa ranking.
But it does have a ton of inbound links, and it is listed on Google. Over 2.650 inbound links on Google:

Maybe that Wholinks2me site doesn't work? If you want to see some Google stats, why would you go check on a thrid party site, instead of directly on Google? Doesn't make sense. Lol.
