i know that place...went for their opening party. i used to babysit for the previous owners...
and my friend worked in the front office (an extermination place) which was also run by the ex owners.
Her and I used to hang out there drinking on weekdays (when the swinging WASN'T going on) it used to be just us, with 10 rooms, 2 showers, a dancefloor and a jacuzzi... it was fun. Everytime we got into the jacuzzi, we'd scrub it down nice and good though. You wouldn't believe the gross film left around it.
I was there a few times when I went to go pick my friend up from work and it was swingers night. I'd walk in the back to say hi to the owners (I was 16 at the time) and it was a buncha 50 year old men with like one platinum blonde french women. When my friend and I walked in all the men turned like they've never seen younger girls in their life.
But as far as I know, the new owners have made good of it so far. The previous owners had problems with the law and shit. (It was on the news a few years ago) My parents didn't really like that when they knew I was babysittin their 3 and 5 year old while their parents are out running a swingers night.
