they should ban ALL cell phone use while driving.
European Countries have been doing it for YEARS.
I see drivers doing stupid things on the Road almost every day, 90% of the time, they are talking on their phone.
Hell, yesterday i saw a fatty on the highway on her cell... with her other hand; she was holding the steering wheel AND an Ice Cream, she was all over the place
