Let's see, I am being called a scammer by the same exact people who are in any other Barefootsies thread over the years. I am sure there is no agenda there at all. /sarcasm Are there a few clients who are unhappy? Sure. But that is going to happen at any host. We are not perfect, nor claim to be.
In looking up some of these actual people who were clients, I now see their histories. Some of them were effected because they had fellow abusers on a shared server/node which effected them and the servers performance. That happens on a shared resource. You have to track down the abusers like whack-a-mole, and get rid of them. It's more problematic if you have more than one.
Additionally, as an example, that youserve guy making a fuss used more bandwidth alone in a single week than every other client COMBINED in three months. We tried to work with him to handle his bandwidth issues, and he did not want to move to a dedicated or higher plan. He instead decided to go over to
ChicagoVPS. Which as you can see has it's own bad review. Some are mad because they snuck on our network, developed projects on it, never paid or made back ups of this "mission critical" work. Who's fault? Ours or theirs? Regardless of your opinion, it's hardly a "scammer" (i.e. malicious intent to defraud).
Brad Mitchell does not "bank roll" us in any way. We have no business relationship, nor financial partnership of any kind. That is your
ASSumption, and a wrong one. Although, nothing new there.
I do not need to threaten anyone with bans. Most of those in this thread have earned their BANNED FOR LIFE status previously, and lucky to be here in the first place. They had a CHOICE like anyone else here. They choose to repeated attack myself (among others they do not like) personally, and my business, in many threads over many years. Their own behavior, and inability to follow the rules, is what earned them their bans.
