Btw, also had some bad experience with them. Support is sometimes slowish, does not refrain from putting personal comments here and there, and also right after I decided to move from them and requested a cancellation (what a suprise...) I received a mail that my account has been terminated and deleted (without refund ofc
) - in the middle of the billing period - because I'm hosting malware, some trojans and stuff. After I questioned this, they came up with some logs with routes I was not even remotely been familiar with and also put the comment, that my host I'm going to move to is very slow, very harsh and I should stay away from them, because they service is crap
I've also been called an abuser utilizing 0.4 server load and asking for extra bandwith I was willing to pay for (because in the middle of the month I was over 50% on their 1 TB plan). Also I've asked for their Dedi offers, and never received an answer from them about that.
Needless to say, that experience thought me a lesson to stay away from them, a huge disappointment; and btw my new host, ChicagoVPS is very quick in regards of service and support, and very high of quality, uptime is like 99.9%, truely, and their prices are just fantastic.
