If you went on reviews alone, you'd think webair, Burst, among many others are so bad they must not have any clients. That is incorrect, as they are large companies, but I can understand why people would get that impression.
Anyway, thank you for the feedback. I can't speak to your issues, as I do not handle support, but I can simply say we continue to invest and improve as the company grows. Thank you.
