paypal will always be used for ebay, its the same compnay. If you send out items with delivery confrimation or tracking as a seller you will NEVER ever loose and neither will the buyer. Paypal will side with you and reinburse the buyer out of thier pocket. I see it all the time ;)
Ebay also cans BUYERS just like sellers. If you are a new buyer or have lots of complaints against sellers they will ban you as well. It sucks we can't leave but positive feedback but thats the way it is. Amazon is just the same, you cant leave feedback for buyers at all.
