No, it was photoshopped to change the amounts too - it was really a 20% tip. So basically, completely fake, a total lie. To me, lying about "the other side" in any debate is an admission that the truth doesn't support your position. If the truth were on your side, you'd tell the truth. Only when the truth supports the other point of view does one have reason to lie.
