I think I have lost my connection to the common man. Actually, I am quite certain I never had one to begin with...

I have never watched an episode of 2 and a Half Men. I don't understand why somebody would. To me the show is very predictable and the acting is crap. The stories are juvenile. It was the most watched show for like seven years... I don't understand why.

I don't watch Jersey Shore(s?). I don't understand what the draw is. I couldn't see myself watching it at any time in my life. Not the most depressing times and certainly not the high points either.

I don't understand the latest craze in porn. Brutally fucking women. Pulling their mouth open... having them cry (or fake as though they are (or act as though they are))... I don't know why somebody would make this kind of porn and share it with others. It seems like it is made for crack addicts...

As time goes on it seems like my surfers are becoming zombies...

Was I a zombie at one point? Have I been stricken with the 1% herpes virus? An incurable disease where once infected you can never go back to being clueless?

I feel for the common man, the 99%'ers, but it is not like brothers taking care of one another. It is more like feeling sorry for somebody who was born with some kind of malady. I feel bad because he is content to give up thinking for himself. He'd rather let somebody else make his schedule and let somebody dictate his pay...

Anyway... If you are here at GFY I am happy for you. Hopefully you are on your way to becoming a self-made man/woman that dictates where you are going.
