Only users with the * Working Girl * tag above their name can solicit, and they are only allowed to do it in designated areas. Plus, it's up in the air if its *really* a girl or not unless it says *Verified Working Girl*. "Verified" WGs have to send in IDs and such to prove they are who they have in their profile pic.
