1) A brand normally consists of a logo and a logotype. The logo being a (often abstract) shape like the nike swoosh, then the logotype being the words of the site/company. You write the words of your company, then repeat the words underneath in the URL, this doesn't work at all from a branding pov for me
2) It won't degrade gracefully. You couldn't use it as a favicon for example.
3) It is very busy
