He can't run. If he does he'll be a fugitive and his days of living large (or living at any level other than off the grid) are over. If they found Bin Ladin in a house in Pakistan and Sadaam in a hole, they will have no problems finding this flamboyant German tub of shit.
He's probably fucked either way. He's fucked if he runs, probably fucked if he stays. Unless they really screwed up during his arrest and he walks on some technicality, he's done for. Best he can hope for is a fatal heart attack while he sleeps.
