When it comes to a persons information and a European, just because you can access it without restrictions, does not make it legal to share it, even more so when the information is lifted from a .nl domain........
Google's bot has been given permission to index the page - indexing is not sharing. At that, Google has been fined for violation of privacy laws before, an "address" that is in public phone books is enough for a fine, even taking a picture of someones house without permission..... Google was fined for those "exact" reasons.
