As you know, I was trying to help Peter yesterday on ICQ, and I responded to the email I received from you last night. This is an issue that is currently with our tech department and is being investigated as a result of that conversation.
I'm sorry you don't feel your matter is being dealt with. Please consult with Peter and you'll discover we are doing everything we can right now to fix the situation and get your password situation resolved. I sent him a message this morning asking him to try something, but I haven't had a reply from him yet. Can you please ask him to check his ICQ?
