Less shitty than in 1999. Not by much. Linux nerds really do suck at building software that's easy and convenient to use.
Before anyone talks about me learning how to use computers, I spend all day at terminal for work. I don't mind terminal. But Linux desktop is an atrocity compared to OS X.
I'm also sad to see the direction of the Mac OS. We'll see where it goes, I guess. If anything, another company with a new and ambitions "Steve Jobs" will come and fill the void. Hopefully.
