If Europe wants to have a union, same currency etc, then the wealth needs to be spread to the poorer states from the richer states.
Thats how the fed does it in the usa, and the fed gov't in canada. So share up Germany.
These problems will exist until either Europe comes together even more so, or breaks apart.
