i never just give money to someone who is sitting on the street.
if im approached and they have a good lie or an angle they are working...i will sometimes give them money. I judge based on their looks and clothing to be honest. Too many times i see people wearing nicer shoes then i am, asking for money.
Anyway, i am not often in a position to see homeless people these days.
I hope it stays that way.
I work from home 40% of the time, the other 60% i either go to a clients office, or i go to my office. I drive directly to both, so no homeless people.
When im drinking i run into some, i usually lose money to them then, especially the ones with a song or something. One bum got rich the last time i was in new york..i made everyone we were with give him $20 bucks..lol
