Answerin PJ too as you both make similiar points..
That would be ideal having a fence. But I find it hard to spend money basicly keeping my cat out of the woods. As I say Lucky did ok last few years as he would not go through their yard. He'd go around and everyday he went to the woods mostly to do his duty.
He would not use the box. Only in winter and only when he got older. He would go out (I kid you not) at -15F to run down somewhere rather than use a box. Be out like 20 mins, come in colder than hell. And I had a good box for him. Just what he was used to befoire I got him. So he got in trouble that way too as he MAY have went in their garden.
But when I moved out here I had a huge garden for the first two years and put chicken wire around so nothing got in. Rather than be a dick.
Noone else, either neighbor or anyone else cares about my cat. Only them.
Coming up.. why he hates me.. when I didnt even know he was fuming...... That is creepy...
