Whenever people talk about the "new" Google and Panda, the phrase "site quality" gets bleated out a lot.

Same as the usual suspects at all the SEO "roundtables" at SEM and AM conventions... but WTF does this phrase mean? Sadly, its may NOT be what you think it is
It all boils down to this: treat your users the way YOU want to be treated. How's that? Focus on VALUE and QUALITY
