What / Where are you trying to register?
To register to attend the convention, you need to create an account (free) at red light center
To register for a booth, you just need to go to this link:
http://www.utherverse.com/Convention...ToExhibit.aspx and click the BUY NOW link (which is a ccbill checkout)
or are you having probs trying to register to RLC ?
