I always liked Hallandale. Was going to move there, except I was worried about drinking and driving, which is something I won't do... and everything is a drive. I ended up choosing Wilton Manors because it's epicenter of the Fort Lauderdale gay scene ... and everything is within walking distance, or we can take the free street legal golf cart people movers.
