Does Zombaio have some serious problems or is it normal still not to have a reply to a support ticket (Inquiry #215460) raised 10 days ago on Feb 1? I have even sent reminders.
I note the EU sales and support numbers don't work, which is not very reassuring.
I am somewhat surprised by my experiences given that reports on the net seemed generally favourable. The resounding silence from Zombai's support department appears to confirm that not all you read on the net is true...
