Her dog is a Lab (the Lab was on a leash) but seemed quite intimidated by the smaller dog that the neighbors just let stay outside.

I've watched this little dog actually bite a lady that was jogging by. This was a few weeks ago. She stopped and talked with me afterwards and confirmed that the dog actually bit her on her calf. I'm pretty sure that she called the pound, because they were on the street later that day and of course, that dog must have been inside that afternoon.

I have also seen this dog go after a number of other folks that were walking by. It happens often.

Well, this morning a man walked his daughter right by there to take her to the bus stop and that dog ran at them but the bus pulled up and I think the bus pulled away. The man made a quick get a way across the street and down a perpendicular side street.

Normally, I mind my own business but something just clicked today.

The neighbors house is about 4 houses down and across the street.

My 2 Shepherds are very well trained, I walk them daily with no leash or collar and one heels on the right, one on the left, and they will not leave my side without permission. I have trained them for a lot more than that but won't bore you with the details.

Anyway the dawgs and I walked down and the little mutt barked and charged a bit but stopped when we didn't seem intimidated. The closer we got to his house, the further back he went. He is used to seeing us walk by and has only come across the street once...that time I had my older dog "herd" him back to his house.

This time we walked across the street onto his driveway. The little bully turned tail and ran to his backyard. My dogs seemed uninterested, although one did take a shit in his front yard. We stayed there for about 5 minutes ... with him barking like crazy from the backyard. My hope was that the owners would come outside so that I could tell them that their dog constantly attacks passersby. I heard them hiss at him from the backyard but they would not come out front.

I felt better afterwards just seeing that little coward run away but I sure am tempted to do something to that little mutt. After reading the hunger games we now have a new set of bow and arrows that we shoot outside fairly often and both my teenage son and I are quite good with it.

What do ya'll think, let my big dawgs "play" with that mutt, or as they say here in Louisiana should I "choot'em" with my new arrows, or just mind my own business and let that little "you know what" continue attacking women and children?
Sounds like you're looking for a confrontation. Nothing more. Did you at least pick up your dog's shit while you stalked your neighbor for 5 minutes? I can't believe people who want to complain about someone, and come off looking like an even worse sociopath.
