I fry one dozen in threes in butter. Then store in threes and nuke later. X-Large are best size eggs. For $1.79 I have breakfast ready for 4 days.
Takes an hour to do as you have to super slow cook covered at super low heat for about 10 mins in a nice lil pan that fits three eggs.
Ya want em a lil runny but they store fine so when you nuke em.. purfect. Store on styrofoam plates with a dish for a cover. No cleanup.
Best thing ever. Nothing hits the spot or is easier to eat. So nice to always have breakfast ready. Sometime I might ad a piece of toast. My cholesterol.. eh could be high.
Dont notice anything. Pork fat is prob worse. Could fry them in oil but real easy to burn and you want no crust. Butter works best so your pan doesn't get a coating of burnt egg after the first three.
