The UN security council debate showed the international community does not want to mount a Libya-style intervention. However, the National Transitional Council sure has it's problems in Libya, simply irrelevant in places like Bani Walid and there are lots of reports of local uprising such as the Warfallah tribe. The Gaddafi administration was good to some but the lack, weak or absent state institutions, no political parties or civil society institutions will mean post-conflicts for sure. This dosn't mean that we should hide images shoot in Syria?
How the russians can continue selling weapons to Damascus and supporting Assad is pretty much appalling.
