Good luck with the sale. It is always nice to take the money and run. But if that doesn't work, have you considered just having someone run it?
You have 4 sites getting 400K uniques making on average 200K per year. That sounds like SE traffic in very unique niches.
Anyway, good luck. Hope you get a buyer, if not, always other avenues to take ;)
