http://xlovecamo.nl/buy-credits is an example of one of our white labels' billing page -- you will need to make a free member account to see that page. I think that your first and second prerequisites would be met satisfactorily.
We have yet to email promos but it is planed to be in a mail account in the white label's domain name. |
