You can log into the client portal or the web based help desk to view the tickets if your gmail account is having issues. If you lost your PW you can always reset it from the login page.

So you are saying you will not shut his sites down and delete his server even though no payment was received?
Good for you... He seems pretty desparate and it's great to see a host take a proactive stance.
