Not with the Asian, specifically Thai content. 100% sure of their underage status can be based on their hair cuts and many times their school uniforms (they often have on). They are not permitted to go to school at young ages with hair below their shoulders, and for younger schools it has to be above their jaw line. So when I see a young looking Thai girl getting fucked in her school girl uniform, panties pulled down by a young looking boy, shot on a iphone, and her hair is jaw line or higher, I can say with 100% certainty she is way underage.
No one in the USA is smart enough to know this, so legally it doesn't get pursued. So in that aspect, you are correct.
I keep seeing one video pop up that made the news here, naked girls dancing on a truck. All were minors but one of them was only 13. I have not been on Xvideos in a while but that video was on there at least 10 different times 6 months after news broke all the girls were underage.
They didn't care until today.

Xvideos is pulling a Manwin, that is obvious. Wouldn't even be surprised if news breaks in a few months of them selling out and this clean up was part of the deal. Fabian did say he wanted to get the rest of the tubes.
