The nonsense with alimony is bad for marriage in America. If a woman wants to stay home and not work, her job is to keep her husband and kids happy. I don't see why someone should keep getting paid for a job she is not doing any more. The longest a man should have to support a woman not his wife is long enough to put her through whatever education he had.
