Not everyone who has kids and is backdated on child support is backdated cos they're a loser and don't want to pay. With today's economic climate it's harder than ever to get and keep a job, so this kind of thing is happening more and more often I'm sure.

I love you Ruth but your wrong. If you have kids depending on you for money for food, clothing, etc then you fucking work 4 jobs. You get your ass up at 4 am get on the bus and get over to the temp labor pool. You work your 8 hour shift then go back and get another 8 hour shift. If that still doe not produce enough money then you grab everything of value you own and go to the pawn shop. There are plenty of jobs available for people who REALLY REALLY REALLY want to work.
