Looking into this more, the woman can decide to change the amount or deny the claim. Women - what the fuck is your problem? Why would you send a guy to jail because he couldn't pay you thousands of dollars for you to sit around and shop?
IMO, we need harsher rules on women in this day and age. For instance, you fake a rape you go to jail for 20 years. Abuse child support or alimony, you pay back 200% and if you can't, you work it off in jail.
I'm not a sexist by any means, but this countries court system is fucked! Glad I had a prenup before I got married, but now thinking about it, may just be better to get her to sign a divorce paper when she is drunk and never tell her  |
If his income declined then he should have filed for a reduction in child support and as long as he proved his income had declined the judge has to approve it. The woman CANNOT change the amount, only a judge can do that. Sounds like he voluntarily took a job with less income so yeah he should still have to pay based on his previous income. Guys take lesser paying jobs for the sole purpose of having to pay less child support.
In my opionion the non-paying guy (or girl) should has his assets taken if he's 90 days behind on payments. You stick your dick in a pussy you take responsibility. It's that simple. And I have paid well over 100k in child support over the years.
